How does this process work?

Step 1

Our free initial consultation starts by determining what your dream yard looks like. By factoring in the size of your family, how many guests you might have, the shape of your yard, your budget, and how you will use the space we can then offer ideas on how to achieve a dream yard.

Step 2

Next our 3D design utilization builds the space so that you can see what your investment will look like. We show you a couple versions of what your space can look like and then take you on a tour of that yard so that we can discuss each detail and adjust to perfection.

Step 3

Then we help you with the material selection so that you have the best material for your yard, for your lifestyle, within your budget.

We then put this together to fit your design. Then we can help obtain any city permits, or HOA approvals, needed.

Step 4

Now with the design finalized and materials selected we can build everything with the quality you deserve. Using standardized processes with great people and an industry leading quality control procedure we will ensure your investment is sound.

Step 5

No project is complete until you have signed off on the Satisfactory Completion Certificate knowing that you can now enjoy your new dream yard.
